Role

Navigating the Role

You can create user roles. User roles define the permissions and access levels for different users in the ERP system. By creating user roles, you can customize the level of authority and privileges assigned to each role. This helps in effectively managing user permissions and ensuring proper segregation of duties within the organization. You can set up user roles by specifying their name, permissions, and access rights. Once created, these user roles can be assigned to users to define their scope of actions and responsibilities within the ERP system.

You have the option to edit and delete user roles based on your requirements. Deleting a user role permanently removes it from the system, along with any associated permissions and restrictions. These actions provide flexibility in customizing user roles to suit different responsibilities and access levels within your organization's user management system.
